Balanced ventilation

A balanced ventilation system is commonly referred to as an ERV or HRV. Essentially this is where separate fans are used to exhaust stale polluted indoor air while bringing in “fresh” outdoor air. The benefits of this system is its ability to not only precondition the incoming air but also to filter it.
