Submittals are part of or become part of the Contract Documents and demonstrate the way by which the Contractor proposes to complete or conform to the requirements of said contract. A submittal may take many forms such as; a blue print, shop drawing, diagram, illustration, picture, schematic, manufacturers literature or specifications. A submittal once accepted by the owner or the owners representative then becomes part of the contract documents for that project.
