No folks, this is not a recommended practice per the manufacturer, but hey whatever it takes right?

This is enough to cause major anxiety in someone opening up a wall in a remodel, but seeing this in a new house… No this wasn’t caused by selective termites, it just arrived from the lumber yard like this. Now as for who thought this would still be something worth using…

I got to admit, this one threw me for a loop… It’s in a basement right off the stairs in the main walkway Shoot anyone have any ideas? The sump pump is 8′ away right next to the wall, this is 6′ from the wall, not near anything requiring load bearing footings…

That was essentially what one competitor said at this years TeamWorks competition… Well at least he got the weep system installed, well sort of… How it should have looked: Rounded corners were optional but these two competitors did a little showing off
