Wacky Weds: Cellulose Duct Insulation?

Now this is way too funny…
cellulose-duct-wrap
This ummm… cellulose wrap comes to us courtesy of Joe Cooper, MPH, LEED AP Homes (& verifier) at EcoSouth.org up in Huntsville. I got to imagine that this wasn’t found on one of the houses he does LEED or Earth Craft consulting & verifications for. In case you are wondering as I know I was, the MPH stands for Masters of Public Health.

You guys are to funny – no, no dates given but given our climate I would be surprised if it was more than a few month old.

For all we know the duct is really made out of paper mache. Did he give any indication on the date of the newsprint?
