Wacky Weds: Spot the Issues

Care to play a quick game of spot the issues? Ready, Set, Go…

So how many did you spot & how quick? At least 4? Hmm let’s try a slightly better angle with some hints…

  • A = Gutter apron used not drip edge. Fortunately, they had a large gap, or the water issues would be worse. — 4 Roof Flashing Errors to Avoid // Drying in the Roof
  • B = No damper on bathroom exhaust — Getting the Details Right: Bathroom Ventilation
  • C = Bathroom exhaust right above an operable window — FAQ – do I always need to use the fan when showering?
  • D = No flashing over window or trim – hope they at least used flashing tape

Spot anything else, got a question – we would love to hear it.
